The main event is an olympic distance triathlon consisting of a 1500m swim / 40km ride / 10km run. There is also a SPRINT distance triathlon consisting of a 750m swim / 20km ride / 5km run, as well as a Beach Duathlon consisting of a 23km ride & a 5km run. SCHEDULE OF EVENTS:

THE MAIN RACE The Swim: The swim starts at Iberostar. The resort boasts a beautiful white sand beach which extends approximately 750 meters long and plays the perfect host for the 1500m international distance swim.
The Bike: 40km Bike course will take place on what we could call our stadium. This course entails two lightning fast laps for the international competitors and for the sprint course one loop with a sheer climb in the middle of each. The Course will take riders from Rose Hall Resort, through the hills of the upscale Spring Farm community then finally, looping back and ending at the Rose Hall Great House.
The Run: The Robert von Hagge, Cinnamon Hill championship golf course, where the Late Johnny Cash built his house is where the 10k run course takes place. Apart from the courses amazing scenery and picturesque beauty it will be very challenging and will offer, a lot of uphill and downhill’s, and probably the most exciting part of this race will be the finish at the 17th century world renowned Rose Hall Great House ending with the steepest final 200 meters of any triathlon - now known as “The Witch”
Competition Age restrictions: POST-RACE REGGAE PARTY The fun begins at the finish line and goes until 1:00pm. Meet family and friends at the end of the FINISH chute. Join our Hall of Fame announcers for food, live music, music, drinks and a great awards presentation. Free Product Raffle - at the Awards ceremony on the Show Stage - we give away great stuff! The prizes are given away based only on your race numbers, but you have to be there to win!
